Amazing customer service when I needed a spare adapter for my Twin Cupla Duo pram. First of all, the item was nowhere to be found online. I went to the shop where I bought the pram, and they told me the product had been discontinued. I emailed Baby Elegance asking about the spare part, and to my surprise, they got me sorted! 10/10 satisfied can recommend them enough. I must mention Jeff who helped me , this staff could reply to my emails in under 3minutes. Imagine!
