Getting breastfeeding supplies from baby pavilion was smooth and easy. Customer service rep I spoke with was nice and professional. My only qualm is your emails always address me as “mama”. I know it’s common, but it rubs me the wrong way as this language is not inclusive of all people who breast/chest feed. I’m not just a “mama”, and only my child should be calling me that anyway.
