“This is my 3rd time ordering from baby pavilion. They are simply unparalleled in their service, speed, quality, and their offerings of the best breast pumps and storage bags. Going anywhere else, especially when military, is silly when baby pavilion offers literally everything you need with the best customer service team out there.”

“It was so easy to order from Baby Pavilion! I was not able to upload a picture of my prescription but I sent it via email and my order was fulfilled right away. Within a week my pump and milk bags arrived. They were well packed and in great condition when they arrived!”

“I ordered my breast pump through Baby Pavilion using my TRICARE insurance, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the experience. They went above and beyond by personally contacting my doctor’s office to obtain my prescription for me, which took so much stress off my plate. Their website was super easy to navigate, and I loved how simple it was to pick out exactly what I wanted. The team was incredibly hands-on, responsive, and fast throughout the entire process. I worked firsthand with Jahnica, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She helped me every step of the way, kept me informed, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We did have a small hiccup with FedEx during delivery, but once I reached out, Jahnica and the team handled it immediately and had my breast pump delivered the very next day. Outstanding customer service — 10/10 recommend Baby Pavilion!”

“Ordering my breast pump through Baby Pavilion was the easiest and most seamless process ever!!! All you need is your insurance information, pump prescription, and contact information - then you pick which breast pump and storage bags you want and they do the rest. The morning after I submitted my order I got a text from a Baby Pavilion representative clarifying one part of my prescription from my doctor, and all I had to do was text back to get it sorted out and then they shipped my order within the hour! It arrived to my house less than 48 hours later. Would definitely recommend!!!”
