“So happy with my order. They were quick and efficient! I ordered Monday and had my pump by Friday! The only part I was upset about was I said yes to getting compression socks and didn’t receive them. Other than that I was so happy!”

“Baby Pavilion shipped my insurance pump quickly and the process was easy with my insurance. I liked the availability of a variety of pumps - however, I regret the pump that I chose. Not their fault, I suppose, but some reviews on the website could have prevented a bad choice relying on brand reputation.”

“Easy to navigate site and order pump. Very user friendly. Shipped and arrived super fast. Would use again. Would be 5/5 but being called “Mama” in the email subject line asking for a review really turned me off. I’m still a person outside of being “mama” and what if I had suffered any number of complications where being called Mama would highly inappropriate weeks after the order was placed.”

“The Tricare compression sock benefit is for two pairs. It is pretty misleading that you get a prescription for the socks through your provider but then are told too bad so sad, you better go buy a pair of compression socks on your own and try to get reimbursed by Tricare. I guess if I knew I was only going to be provided the one pair, I would have took that benefit else where. I do find it odd to advertise for Tricare but not provide the given benefit to Tricare patients. Otherwise, I was able to submit the breast pump order online and it arrived quickly that is why there is still 4 stars.”

“Great experience! I wasn’t expecting to pay for an upgrade pump (it wasn’t labeled as such), but it worked out. Employees were super nice and helpful! I never received a tracking number but received my machine in a reasonable time, even living in Alaska.”
