“The Tricare compression sock benefit is for two pairs. It is pretty misleading that you get a prescription for the socks through your provider but then are told too bad so sad, you better go buy a pair of compression socks on your own and try to get reimbursed by Tricare. I guess if I knew I was only going to be provided the one pair, I would have took that benefit else where. I do find it odd to advertise for Tricare but not provide the given benefit to Tricare patients. Otherwise, I was able to submit the breast pump order online and it arrived quickly that is why there is still 4 stars.”

“Great experience! I wasn’t expecting to pay for an upgrade pump (it wasn’t labeled as such), but it worked out. Employees were super nice and helpful! I never received a tracking number but received my machine in a reasonable time, even living in Alaska.”

“I recently went through my insurance and Baby Pavilion for a breast pump. I was very impressed at the communication of the process and the ease of submitting the initial order. However, I was frustrated at times with the process as there were repeated miscommunications from my doctors office and baby pavilion, this resulted in multiple phone calls and a full month between when I placed the order and when it arrived at my door. I also was slightly disappointed that they did not have the pump that I wanted, so hopefully baby pavilion increases their selection at some point. Overall it has been an okay experience, I will update this after I try and reorder bags and valves as that will be a true glimpse as to the whole experience.”
