“I order monthly from them. My last package was lost. Delivery took forever. I order 90 bags and only got 80 the past 2 months. Wondering when the 90 will be in stock again”

“Ordered my breast pump of choice, Spectra s1 and Kiinde twist pouches last Sept 29 and just received it today after 12 days. Hoping the monthly supplies would be delivered on time. Thanks Baby Pavilion. Excited to use the Kiinde system.”

“The staff was very communicative and understanding when my insurance was on the fritz. I got my pump with no issues on their end and fast too! Havent used it yet but looking forward to trying out their product.”

“Although the customer service is great and it is nice to not have to deal directly with Tricare, it takes way to long for the bags to get to my house after reordering them. I have often times had to order them from Amazon so I don't run out. I am surprised how long it takes to get the bags since the pump arrived to my house within 2 days.”
