I still have not received my bags 2 weeks after ordering

They shipped my breast pump and bags really quick the first time but I’m on my 6th month and it takes almost a month to get my bags now. I’m having to buy more bags since they take forever. I emailed customer service asking why it’s taking so long now but I haven’t heard any response back and it has been a week today.

They don't explain what they want using complete and full words when you order. Their lactation consultation hotline is a joke - the person just told me to look up on YouTube regarding my question.

I'm very disappointed in this company. At first they were great. I ordered my pump here and it arrived fast. I also order monthly milk bags that are covered by my insurance. Well recently I had part of my pump break and I tried ordering a replacement with my monthly orders. They denied sending me one for a few weeks due to it not being 30 days from my last order. Now I have to buy a replacement on my own or struggle until they decide to send me one. Their reasoning was because insurance wouldn't cover the shipping cost, because I'm placing my order early. This makes me feel like they don't appreciate their customers and their needs. This is why I'm leaving this review. I've been struggling with my milk leaking and only having one suction. Very disappointed.

I wish I could give 5 stars. The overall process to order was so simple and easy… but my issue is with this…. I had a delivery date for the 17th. And now there’s no delivery date. No updates to the order. And I still haven’t received my pump… I’m all around concerned I’m not getting it at this point and I’m really stressed because I can’t afford this pump out of pocket.

I loved how easy it was to place my order, but I wish it was more military family friendly for families stationed overseas. I placed my pump about a month ago and have yet to receive it. Im now nervous about the length of time it will take to receive my monthly shipments of bags as well as the replacement items we will need.

I went with this company for my breast pump because of all the reviews on how fast they were and efficient. My package was shipped on Monday with fed ex for ground shipping from Ohio. On Wednesday it arrived in Kansas and has not moved or been scanned since. It is now the following Monday and I’m being told by Fed ex and baby pavilion that they don’t know where my package is and to give it another week. My concern is that both parties don’t know where my pump is or when it will arrive.

I did not receive all of my order I was trying to order replacement pump parts and all I received was extra breast milk bags

baby pavilion does okay at delivering my bags every month, not always in a timely manner, there have been times i needed to buy bags myself because they didn’t come when they were supposed to. sometimes it’s speedy and sometimes it isn’t. i also had a conversation with a customer service member recently who was talking to me in a highly unprofessional manner. overall not thrilled with baby pavilion anymore.

First couple of months I had no issues but towards the ending I have not received my shipment twice. The shipping has been taking close to 3 weeks when I do even receive my items.

Baby Pavilion tricked me into buying the wrong pump. When I was about to finish my order for my beloved Spectra pump, the website threw up an add for Cimilre. I took the bait, did some research on the Cimilre, and saw it sounded better than Spectra. I'm pretty mad they threw up this add because Cimilre is definitely not better and I wasted my one insurance-provided pump opportunity. The only positive for Baby Pavilion is that they send out monthly reminders to order more bags.

I had a bad experience with them. The first pump we order, one side can't pump the milk. And a month after we order another one but They sent me a wrong item and I tried many times to call them but no one picked up the phone. Last time when i am lucky to talk to someone over the phone and he promised to send me the return label, till now i don't have it... i am feeling bad.😧😧😧🥸

Placing the order was easy. Even the follow for insurance coverage was easy; I need smaller shields for the pump and no one responds. Kinda making the pump useless since pumping is a bit painful. So it's just there. I'd like to review the pump but since I can't use it properly I can't, heard good thing though 😐

When you order your pump it’s comes in super quick but when they ship you your re supply expect for it to take up to 2 weeks!!!

It was easy and fast. The only confusing thing was where to order the items like maternity support band and post recovery item. There were no options and nowhere to put my size. I had to write it down under the comments/notes section. I also wasnt contacted by a lactation consultant to help me decide which breast pump. So I had to just order whatever I thought it was best. Overall it was an okay experience

Placed an order on 1/25/22 and still have not receive it (2/1/22) …. The same thing happened when I ordered my spectra through Baby Pavilion. The shipping is god awful and I wish they would use anyone else other than FedEx. I had to replace the parts for my spectra and have successfully ran out of milk for my baby because of how long the shipping has taken regardless of manually expressing and buying an entire new pump.. Please change shipping companies.
