I was trying to contact the lady Brendy to help me about mistaken address I may submitted it wrong if she can contact as a sender to update the number of the house. The way of her responding was not gave me a piece of mind by saying “ we will see because sometimes they give us a hard time to do so” and I was like can I call you guys to check if you guys able to do so, “she goes we will let you know” I called her back the following day and asked, she said it with the demeanor of oh we haven’t got any updated” like ok, can I call back or just that. Since it was Friday, I waited for the weekend to pass and went to FedEx office because I can’t do anything on the phone unless I’m a sender, the package was scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday but sometimes FedEx do delivered them early. FedEx said there weren’t anyone updated anything on that tracking info, so it’s still gonna scheduled to be delivered at the same address And it’s so closed to the delivered time they can’t promised if they can hold it at the location on time before the delivery vehicle. They suggested me to go to the house and talk to them to expect the package under my name, so I did. But at the end they were able to hold it off at the location for me. I’m lucky everyone was helpful except this lady from baby pavilion, All they could have done was call as a sender as they are company and deal with sending stuff out all over the country, I’m pretty sure this happens sometimes. Until I got the package I never received anything if she did help me so. Overall I thought it was a lack of service mind and Poor customer service.
