“Got my pump 2 days after I submitted my prescription. I didn’t see any shipping notification so I was surprised to see it when I got home from work! This is my second time using this company for a breast pump and both experiences have been great!”

“When I initially submitted my prescription for a pump, I was worried that it would not get here in time for my delivery. I got my pumped delievered and at my door step 3 days later! I love how efficient this company is getting mothers their neccessary pumps in a timely manner.”

“The process was pretty simple and straight forward to order my pump. I moved before my pump was delivered, so I needed to change my delivery address. I called and explained my situation and the customer service was very friendly, quick, and efficient.”

“As a first time mom who had no idea what she was doing, Baby Pavilion made it so easy to order a pump. I had my baby 3 weeks early and needed more milk storage bags and that ordering process was just as easy! Shipping was also extremely quick, which is a huge plus! I haven’t had to reach out to customer support for anything but I’m sure they’d be great!”

“Originally it took some time to get the order placed, due to having two insurances, and that was extremely stressful as I had recently switched to only Tricare but it was still showing that I had my previous insurance. Once all of that was figured out after a couple months of stress, it was quick and easy to place the order for a pump! I appreciated that there were upgraded pumps that were included. I also really appreciate the monthly bags. Although, when I originally placed my order they said they only had one type of bags available and they weren’t my favorite/ wasn’t the easiest to use when being quick. I did feel like the person that I was on the phone with thought I was difficult or annoying and wasn’t really able to answer my questions on products but I do love the reminder texts for placing replacement and replenishment orders!”

“I ordered my pump after looking into many of them. I haven’t tried it out yet because I haven’t given birth but this website made it so easy to order my pump. It took a few days to get here and was delivered earlier than expected! No complaints at all with this website, highly recommend.”
