“The process online was very simple! And then sending the prescription so it could be approved was even easier! Everyone I spoke to spoke clearly and was very friendly which made the process enjoyable! The time from shipment to delivery was very short and tracking was made easily available! Also what was accepted monthly as far as bags and replacement parts was explained to me which was very nice! Thank you for a good experience!”

“I reached out to my OB clinic regarding a pump prescription and they directly contacted Baby Pavilion for my breast pump request. Brendy notified me right away that they received the request and assisted me to have my pump processed. After confirming the insurance and choosing my breast pump, it was delivered in 2 business days! The process was so smooth and Brendy was so accommodating.”

“I had ordered from another company, Homefront Care or something like that, and they sent me a dirty pump and getting them to void it through my insurance so I could go through someone else was a nightmare. My friend told me about baby pavilion and it was the quickest/ easiest process and I’m so thankful!”

“Very convenient especially as a tricare member where you have to get a prescription sent by your doctor before you can claim a freebie. Baby pavilion sent the prescription for me. This was very helpful, definitely recommending to all. Thank you guys.”

“There was a small hiccup with placing my order, but once my doctor faxed over an updated prescription, my breast pumps were delivered to me very quickly! I did the two pump deal & could not be any happier with my decision. Thank you, Baby Pavilion! I was able to save almost $500 through this program. Now that money can go towards our son!”

“I used Baby Pavillion for both my pregnancies (one while active duty and one while reservist). I got the willow go the first time around and the Spectra S1 the second time. Each time was super easy; got the pump prescription from my OB, sent it into Baby Pavillion, and picked my pump. When I needed supplies I was able to email the team and get what I needed and they answered all of my questions super fast. I tried using another company prior and the process was complicated and they had all these additional fees. I have nothing but love for Baby Pavillion and recommend all of my friends and colleagues!!”

“After lots of research this seems the best pump company for TRICARE, was able get to get the spectra S1 with carry bag and accessories, replacement parts including different flange size, compression socks, and every month I get 100 kinde twist bags.. all covered by insurance. I will say on my last order they said currently no kinde milk bags available so I had to get the other but overall still highly recommend Baby Pavilion.”
