My overall experience was good. It was easy to find the pump I wanted and it was very simple to get it ordered. They reached out to my OB for me to get a prescription and everything came in a timely manner. However, there were a few disappointments. It was advertised that we could get the kiinde twist bags for milk storage, but they were not an option when I ordered. It was also advertised that we can get compression socks, a maternity belt, and postpartum support garments, but the only thing I had the option of receiving was compression socks. Overall, I would go through Baby Pavilion again, but I would go in knowing that I won’t receive everything that is advertised.

Zomee bags - They get the job done as far as bags go. 8oz capacity - but as someone who breastfed 5 kids, it's NOT my favorite. They all have been hard to open, and I can tell, they'll be hard to pour when it's time to defrost. Capa Compression socks - Im 5'10, 220lbs and i thought a large would fit... WRONG. Problem was, There wasn't a size chart and I couldn't exchange it, so I'll use them in my post partum days, ig. #ZomeeFitPump again, It works... but I've had better. They hold about 6oz each but definitely NOT quick, easy, or practical pumping due to the fact that you essentially have to take the WHOLE pump apart to get to the milk compartment,... and then the canister has a lip, that makes it hard to get every drop of milk out.

I love that Baby Pavilion was quick to answer and quickly then expected to receive it at my home, I love that! I got the two pumps the wireless and the regular pump. My only issue is with the wireless, I just have 2 weeks after giving birth, and I have using the wireless and one pump has issues to work, stops in the middle of pumping and it takes me multiple times to make it work again. ( I make sure all the pieces are dry and connected right, but still just one pump having issues) the other set works Amazing, not issues at all so far. I love that both sets have the instructions and the different sizes, that’s awesome! Amazing customer service they are very respectful and nice people!

Shipped out fast, the lady who works for yall had messaged me about the referrals we got that situated and I had asked about the compression stuff and lady got an attitude with me, then stopped responding.

The process to order was easy. After ordering I didn’t hear anything after 4 days so I called the customer service number just to see if there was an update. The representative honestly wasn’t very helpful and seemed irritated I called. I asked her if there was an update on my order because I hadn’t heard anything. She said no update. She said they process in order received and wouldn’t tell me where I was in the wait or anything. So the call wasn’t helpful at all. A few days later after the call I got notification just bags shipped then was surprised when bags and pump both arrived. Appreciate the relatively fast shipping but maybe there’s room for improvement with the customer service department that answers your phones.

If you put in an order with baby pavilion absolutely stay on top of it, even if there’s delay due to prescription issues. The rather odd automated text messages are real and you should reply to them even if there are odd typos. Reaching out to customer service is quick turn around for phone call and email. I did not have a great experience with baby pavilion due to customer service issues and communication issues. They were able to cancel my order due to me having a baby a lot earlier than expected and having to secure a pump quicker than anticipated. Regardless, I see how this company can really benefit members and dependents and I applaud them for their efforts.

Inconsistent on customer service. Through email 0/10 Jahnica poor communication. Am I expected to know that if my bags weren’t in stock I couldn’t get my pump shipped out? That should be communicated better. Over the phone attendants 10/10 they were great and friendly and helpful! Took a while to get pump being that if the bags you want are out of stock they will not ship your pump but once shipped it took about 3 days! Over all I 100 percent recommend calling vs responding to email, you will get your answers sooner rather than later without waiting days over email for a response.

This is my 3rd time ordering with BP and the worst experience I’ve had. There were issues with my drs office receiving the fax order from BP. I had someone reach out from BP and verify everything. My order finally went through after stating that I would just order through a different company. I received my pump shortly after however it was the wrong pump. I kept it because at this point I was expecting baby any day. I’m not sure what was going on this time. I’ve had great experiences previously. This was just another stressor during this pregnancy. I had a stroke at 9 weeks and baby was diagnosed with severe IUGR at 20 weeks.

Chose this site as it offered the compression socks, post partum wrap, etc. Turns out it was a bait as it doesn't Tricare West. Wasn't clear until I already filled out the form so felt this site was the same as any other offered by Tricare. At least put an asterisk next to the gift offer, I thought it was guaranteed.

The products that are offered and covered are amazing! However not having the option to select a different flange size for the Spectra is unfortunate.

Was sent an email to review however, my pump has still not arrived. Pleased with how fast it says it shipped, but disappointed it has yet to arrive. Looking forward to using it when it finally arrives.

Great working machine. Everything was good. 2 complaints though. 1) my prescription said 200 bags and I only received 100. 2) the additional “free” stuff like compression socks etc you have to get another prescription or doctors consent saying you need them in order to get it. (Not what they advertised). Machine was worth it though and they have great customer service. Answered all my questions.

I love that I can get all of my supplies and pump from one location. My biggest complaint is the shipping times. This last round my ship date fell on a weekend (saturday) so a 2 day delay. Monday a shipping label was created. The week was a holiday short week (thanksgiving). I checked Sunday to see where the bags were since I was down to my last 5. The box hadn't even been dropped off to FedEx. So now we are at 9 days delayed not even counting shipping time and I will need to go purchase additional bags as I am out of my buffer stock after 3 months of shipping taking forever. It would be really awesome if items could be dropped off promptly especially when orders are put in in advance pending the 30 day mark gor insurance.

I missed a few months and tried to do all at the same time. Only got kne box, so I feel like I'm missing a few months worth of stuff. My son is almost 6m.

Baby Pavilion has been helpful with receiving storage bags for breastmilk and sending regular order reminders. However, replacement parts are not supplied the breast pump I ordered. This should have been made clear prior to selecting the product.

Very fast with shipping after placing your order, a lot of good options, customer service is helpful, the website should let you know how much the upgrade fee is though. I also wish there were more options for the breast milk bags. overall I loved baby pavilion with my first breast pump order with my daughter so I used them again, this time has been a little different but it’s not baby pavilion fault.

I did have great experience with them 3 years ago but recently order my new pump thru tricare. Ended up receiving the wrong pump but called customer service and they were able to assist. They sent me a tracking number which is invalid. Hoping the receive the requested pump so that I provide a better review.

It took more than a month, and it was a lot of back and forth. The lady communicating with me via text would take days to responded to only tell me that she didn’t get my email. I had to call her to get the issue fix. The communication was horrible.

Disappointed as I can not ship my bags every month to my APO address. I contacted baby pavilion before to see if the ship to APO and they said they did and every time I re-order my bags, it says they do not ship to APO.
