Chose this site as it offered the compression socks, post partum wrap, etc. Turns out it was a bait as it doesn't Tricare West. Wasn't clear until I already filled out the form so felt this site was the same as any other offered by Tricare. At least put an asterisk next to the gift offer, I thought it was guaranteed.

I wish we had to option to choose flange size or at least i got one in the middle instead i got a really big one

The products that are offered and covered are amazing! However not having the option to select a different flange size for the Spectra is unfortunate.

Was sent an email to review however, my pump has still not arrived. Pleased with how fast it says it shipped, but disappointed it has yet to arrive. Looking forward to using it when it finally arrives.

Great working machine. Everything was good. 2 complaints though. 1) my prescription said 200 bags and I only received 100. 2) the additional “free” stuff like compression socks etc you have to get another prescription or doctors consent saying you need them in order to get it. (Not what they advertised). Machine was worth it though and they have great customer service. Answered all my questions.

I love that I can get all of my supplies and pump from one location. My biggest complaint is the shipping times. This last round my ship date fell on a weekend (saturday) so a 2 day delay. Monday a shipping label was created. The week was a holiday short week (thanksgiving). I checked Sunday to see where the bags were since I was down to my last 5. The box hadn't even been dropped off to FedEx. So now we are at 9 days delayed not even counting shipping time and I will need to go purchase additional bags as I am out of my buffer stock after 3 months of shipping taking forever. It would be really awesome if items could be dropped off promptly especially when orders are put in in advance pending the 30 day mark gor insurance.

I missed a few months and tried to do all at the same time. Only got kne box, so I feel like I'm missing a few months worth of stuff. My son is almost 6m.

Baby Pavilion has been helpful with receiving storage bags for breastmilk and sending regular order reminders. However, replacement parts are not supplied the breast pump I ordered. This should have been made clear prior to selecting the product.

Very fast with shipping after placing your order, a lot of good options, customer service is helpful, the website should let you know how much the upgrade fee is though. I also wish there were more options for the breast milk bags. overall I loved baby pavilion with my first breast pump order with my daughter so I used them again, this time has been a little different but it’s not baby pavilion fault.

I did have great experience with them 3 years ago but recently order my new pump thru tricare. Ended up receiving the wrong pump but called customer service and they were able to assist. They sent me a tracking number which is invalid. Hoping the receive the requested pump so that I provide a better review.

It took more than a month, and it was a lot of back and forth. The lady communicating with me via text would take days to responded to only tell me that she didn’t get my email. I had to call her to get the issue fix. The communication was horrible.

Disappointed as I can not ship my bags every month to my APO address. I contacted baby pavilion before to see if the ship to APO and they said they did and every time I re-order my bags, it says they do not ship to APO.

Everything has been great except that my initial spectra breast pump and supplies came with one of the flanges chipped already in the box. I sent an email to customer service a while ago and never received a response. BUT with my 1 month supply, they took care of everything so it hasn’t been a terrible experience. Just a little disappointed no one ever contacted me back.

Very fast and easy service. My pump took one week to arrive. Very nice and easy to use web page. My only complaint is that I need larger flanges and there's no option for choosing your sizes when you order. So now I have two sets of flanges that dotn fit and handsfree collection cups that won't fit either.

Recommended by someone on base! Decided to go with it after not having a good experience with Aeroflow. Customer service was decent! Rep reached out quickly but it became my job to bug her every couple days when nothing was happening! Claimed fax number didn’t work but got prescription through the fax number I gave them. Frustrated that I had to continually write customer service to see if anything changed! To be fair it was my obs office too so blame isn’t entirely on baby pavilion. However, prescription went through finally. They shipped products pretty quickly with tracking number. However I’ve gotten no updates on tracking number since Tuesday and it was supposed to be delivered today. Just checked again and it says no delivery date anticipated. Hopefully it gets here before baby does. Not really good to send email asking for review when I have nothing yet.

Ordered a pump with them and got the one I wanted which was great but disappointed in their post partum selections… guess you can’t have the best of both worlds…

The products offered are great but the shipping of the bags takes far too long. Almost every single time my bags take 5-7 days after my 30 days to arrive. I always have to buy extra bags because mine do not arrive In time. I appreciate the monthly reminders to order though.

Takes a while to receive your order and I received more valves for my pump than I did the important parts such as the breast shields or the bottles that attach to the shield

I like how Baby Pavillion send email reminders to place an order for monthly breastmilk storage bags and replacement parts. However, they knowingly sell pumps that are initially covered by insurance but the replacement parts are not. If I would have known that the replacement parts weren't covered then I wouldn't have gotten that particular breast pump. I found out through Baby Pavillion customer service so I know they were aware at the time of my initial order. I recommend that Baby Pavillion makes customers aware of what's covered and what isn't before they place their initially order.

I get there are shortages but not supplying prescribed number of bags isn't ok. Yes I see the alert but it was not there when I ordered through email that told me that it was time to order again. The correct thing to do would be better communication and replace the missing bags with alternative option. They are hood company but this was handled poorly.
