I have been using Baby Pavilion for about 3 months now. I am a part of the Tricare Resupply Program and switched over to Baby Pavilion after Aeroflow Breastpumps stopped supplying the Kiinde bags. I normally receive great service from Baby Pavilion but this past month I was not satisfied with their service. I recently sent an email to customer service because I was not receiving reminder emails to reorder. The customer service representative was very prompt at responding and informed me that I had 2 email addresses associated with my account that I wasn't aware of. My account was updated to have my primary email used for reminders. I was told I should be receiving my reminder email but still never received it even after resolving the email issue. I eventually forgot about ordering and ordered even later than my monthly time period. I placed my order over a week ago and still have not received my shipment. This is also unusual because I normally receive my shipment within a week of ordering. I track all of my shipments via shipping apps and my order was supposed to arrive this past Monday but recently changed to a pending status with an unknown delivery date. I know this may not be Baby Pavilion fault since they have no control over shipping once it leaves. But I am disappointed that my shipment has not arrived yet. As for the reminder email, I now rely on my own memory by adding a reminder in my calendar to reorder since the problem did not get resolved. I do not like leaving negative reviews but I was not happy with the service this month. I hope it improves for next month's order.

I use to love ordering from baby pavilion, its the only company that had large capacity bags. Since the mother K bags are no longer an option, it's just another place that accepts tricare. Good customer service with quick reply. Appreciate the option to upload Rxs for more bags. Wish I didnt have to refill out the resupply form every month.

Ordering my pump was very quick and easy. I only wish I had been informed somewhere in that process, that because I live in Alaska, I would not be able to get my monthly supplies, through my insurance, from Baby Pavillion, since shipping costs are too high. Now I need to get a new prescription from my doctor and find somewhere else to get those supplies.

I thought it was going to be fairly easy but last minute I was told I had to pay when online I saw nothing about a copay. Other than that, I liked ordering through them

I ordered from Baby Pavilion for the first time after we had our preemie in May. After almost two months we still had not received our order and had no tracking number to see where our items were. Once I contacted the staff they said they had been trying to get ahold of us because there was an error with the order on our end. While I understand that we made a mistake with the order and therefore they did not send it to us, I do not believe the staff tried to contact us at all. We had no email messages from them or other evidence of attempted contact. Had we not reached out to your team on our own, we never would have known there was an issue or received our items.

Love how easy & quickly it was to order & recieve my pump but unfortunately my screen on my pump came cracked :(

Good with getting shipment out. Don't count on them reminding you of when to refill your bags or back dating a month supply you may have missed. With work and raising two littles under 3 with no support in the midst of a pandemic, it's hard to keep on top of when to reorder new bags.

When I went to order my pump had a lot of good help because I had a lot of questions. When it came to shipping out and then needed Something from me people weren’t alittle rude

it’s quite annoying and honestly at this point a bit rude that you guys keep spelling my name incorrectly. my name is spelled correctly on everything i put in but every time you guys spell it wrong. i put in the notes to spell it correctly and you guys fixed it once. now it’s back to misspelled. that mistake on the shipping label has caused issue with me receiving the packages in the past because at our old apartment they got the mail in the office and would give me a hard time about getting it since that’s not my name. it’s spelled correctly in the texts that you send out so not seeing why it’s such an issue. i’ve also had trouble with how almost every shipment two boxes have damaged bags that are not useable.

I received my order super fast! Haven’t used it yet the only thing I would say is they need new bag colors/bottles instead of pink! Especially for those of us having boys!

Bumpy start, but ended up good. The company I initially ordered through transferred orders with my insurance to Baby Pavilion. When I called to change my address for delivery, my call was disconnected. I called back and got an answering service. I left a message and expected to be called back, like the message said I would be. No call. My second attempt was much better and I received my pump two days later.

My only issue is that I have to call for refills. I was told by a friend that usually refills should be sent out automatically with using tricare. It is a little inconvenience that I have to keep calling. I was also informed I should receive bottles, shields and breastmilk storage bag. But I do not receive all these items. I'm not sure if the policy has changed. If not I'm not pleased with the service.

I still haven’t received my items yet or an email about shipping information yet so that’s a little disappointing. Other than that the process to order was simple and very straightforward.

Seems to ship fast but the shipping is inaccurate and slow. My shipment has been delayed a few times already. Still have yet to receive.

Really liked this company up until this last shipment. I called December 15, my order should have been sent out December 21. I figured the shipping was delayed because of holidays. I called December 28th they said my order was never placed and they would put it in. I’m still sitting here 3 weeks later when a NEW order is supposed to be sent out. So I never received my December now my January order is going to be messed up..

The spectra pumps works well. The order was a bit difficult, they wouldn’t accept my prescription and I had to get a new one. I did get the pump eventually. I ordered my first set of pump bags on Dec 12 and still haven’t received them on Jan 2.

Quick delivery and communication. Got Spectra pump and love it! However, I ordered the Kind bags and they sent me completely different bags not the ones I wanted or ordered!

It took almost a week to get my order in .. so I had to use another type of bag/bottle in the mean time.
