Response was great, shipping was great. the way the bags were packaged was horrible. they were stuffed and very crumbled up.

I love the customer service and how quickly the order gets packed.. but I don’t like how slow the shipment takes to get to my home. I reorder every 30 days and I ran out quickly. Shipments used to take 3-5 days but now I don’t receive my bags until 10 days after it’s been shipped. I have to purchase bags from the local store to get by until my next shipment arrives.. the purpose of going through insurance is to not pay out of pocket for refills

Order has not arrived yet. It was estimated to arrive ion Tuesday, now changed to Friday. I received this rating message review prior to getting my order.

Fast shipping and easy to use. My only “complaint” would be that my friend ordered the same pump and got a bag and an ice pack in her box and I didn’t. Overall though no complaints and satisfied!

Site was very easy to maneuver. Shipping was fast and machine is as described; however, I would have preferred to be able to choose the size flange I need. I was sent 24 and 28, both of which are too large and unusable.

I was really excited after a friend raved about this product. I waited a month for it (given I like in Alaska) but I was more disappointed than satisfied. My biggest frustration with pumping was having to sit, plugged in next to wall and not be able to do anything for 20-30 minutes. I hoped the Elvie Pump would make my pumping experience less frustrating and give me more mobility. With the Elvie Pump, I have to dispense my milk 1-2 times during pumping because the containers are too small (won’t hold more than 5 oz and the pump stops working at 3.5-4 oz) and the app overestimates the amount in them. I also have to deal with the constant suction malfunction. Usually, turning the pump on an off and taking it apart does the trick SOMETIMES. But who wants to deal with that while trying to get through a session? It is also extremely upsetting watching so much milk go to waste every time I have to remove the pump from my breast. I am not talking about 2-3 drops of breast milk, I mean a good stream of milk spilling out of the flange. Lastly, having to wash 5 pump components and charge it gets tiring and irritating really fast. The only pros to this pump would be that it could be used on the road, it does gives you more mobility and it could be adjusted through your phone. I rather go back to sitting down for 20-30 minutes feeling helpless than going through any of that each time I’m trying to get through a session.

I used Baby Pavilion back in 2017 with my daughter and was so happy to receive a huge box of ordered supplies perfectly packaged. However, with this pregnancy, I chose to upgrade to a different pump. It didn't list the invoice price and just redirected me to a confirmation of an order. After I called to inquire of the price, I was encouraged to go with a different pump. When I chose one totally covered by my insurance, there were parts listed on the website description of the pump that were not included. We were also shorted the amount of storage bags billed to the insurance and told they would “work it out with insurance” and not fulfill the total order. I used to recommend this website to friends, but don’t think I will after this experience.

It seems like my order is shipping too late for every shipment. I texted the company and they told me my shipment would go out of the 22nd of August. I just got an email yesterday on the 27th of August that it was shipping. This just causes me to have to buy extra milk storage bags from Walmart until the shipment gets here.

At first I was happy with how quickly Baby Pavilion got my pump out after I submitted my prescription for my pump. When it came time to get my accessories again after a month and ordering ALL of the included items (bags + flange kit) they only shipped the bags. I had to call to have my order filled. No one answered the phones so I had to leave a voicemail. I then received an email the following Monday that they would ship them. I’m not sure why it wasn’t filled like that bags were but it was kind of an inconvenience since my duckbills were worn.

I have been using Baby Pavilion for about 3 months now. I am a part of the Tricare Resupply Program and switched over to Baby Pavilion after Aeroflow Breastpumps stopped supplying the Kiinde bags. I normally receive great service from Baby Pavilion but this past month I was not satisfied with their service. I recently sent an email to customer service because I was not receiving reminder emails to reorder. The customer service representative was very prompt at responding and informed me that I had 2 email addresses associated with my account that I wasn't aware of. My account was updated to have my primary email used for reminders. I was told I should be receiving my reminder email but still never received it even after resolving the email issue. I eventually forgot about ordering and ordered even later than my monthly time period. I placed my order over a week ago and still have not received my shipment. This is also unusual because I normally receive my shipment within a week of ordering. I track all of my shipments via shipping apps and my order was supposed to arrive this past Monday but recently changed to a pending status with an unknown delivery date. I know this may not be Baby Pavilion fault since they have no control over shipping once it leaves. But I am disappointed that my shipment has not arrived yet. As for the reminder email, I now rely on my own memory by adding a reminder in my calendar to reorder since the problem did not get resolved. I do not like leaving negative reviews but I was not happy with the service this month. I hope it improves for next month's order.

I use to love ordering from baby pavilion, its the only company that had large capacity bags. Since the mother K bags are no longer an option, it's just another place that accepts tricare. Good customer service with quick reply. Appreciate the option to upload Rxs for more bags. Wish I didnt have to refill out the resupply form every month.

Ordering my pump was very quick and easy. I only wish I had been informed somewhere in that process, that because I live in Alaska, I would not be able to get my monthly supplies, through my insurance, from Baby Pavillion, since shipping costs are too high. Now I need to get a new prescription from my doctor and find somewhere else to get those supplies.

I ordered from Baby Pavilion for the first time after we had our preemie in May. After almost two months we still had not received our order and had no tracking number to see where our items were. Once I contacted the staff they said they had been trying to get ahold of us because there was an error with the order on our end. While I understand that we made a mistake with the order and therefore they did not send it to us, I do not believe the staff tried to contact us at all. We had no email messages from them or other evidence of attempted contact. Had we not reached out to your team on our own, we never would have known there was an issue or received our items.
