At first I was happy with how quickly Baby Pavilion got my pump out after I submitted my prescription for my pump. When it came time to get my accessories again after a month and ordering ALL of the included items (bags + flange kit) they only shipped the bags. I had to call to have my order filled. No one answered the phones so I had to leave a voicemail. I then received an email the following Monday that they would ship them. I’m not sure why it wasn’t filled like that bags were but it was kind of an inconvenience since my duckbills were worn.
