I have been using Baby Pavilion for about 3 months now. I am a part of the Tricare Resupply Program and switched over to Baby Pavilion after Aeroflow Breastpumps stopped supplying the Kiinde bags. I normally receive great service from Baby Pavilion but this past month I was not satisfied with their service. I recently sent an email to customer service because I was not receiving reminder emails to reorder. The customer service representative was very prompt at responding and informed me that I had 2 email addresses associated with my account that I wasn't aware of. My account was updated to have my primary email used for reminders. I was told I should be receiving my reminder email but still never received it even after resolving the email issue. I eventually forgot about ordering and ordered even later than my monthly time period. I placed my order over a week ago and still have not received my shipment. This is also unusual because I normally receive my shipment within a week of ordering. I track all of my shipments via shipping apps and my order was supposed to arrive this past Monday but recently changed to a pending status with an unknown delivery date. I know this may not be Baby Pavilion fault since they have no control over shipping once it leaves. But I am disappointed that my shipment has not arrived yet. As for the reminder email, I now rely on my own memory by adding a reminder in my calendar to reorder since the problem did not get resolved. I do not like leaving negative reviews but I was not happy with the service this month. I hope it improves for next month's order.
