It was quick and easy to order parts and they got delivered fast. My only issue was that the replacement pump set I got is not compatible with the pump parts I already had. They work with the actual pump machine but I can’t interchange the pieces from the two sets like I wanted to. I don’t know why they are two different types of parts since I ordered them both through here. Everything is still usable but it would be nice if they were all compatible with each other. Besides that everything on the website was easy to use and quick to ship out

Ordered pump and had it approved and shipped on May 27th… it is now going on June 4th and still don’t have my pump. Although the process of getting it approved and shipped was speedy, I kind of anxious about when my pump and supplies will arrive as I am in my 3rd trimester.

Usually I have a great experience ordering my pump parts, however when my compression stocking prescription was used for a pair that did not fit the description of the prescription (over the knee/ thigh high) I was sent a normal pair anyways and my benefit was used so as I could not obtain the ones I needed. This was wrong and will not be forgotten.

I think maybe things have changed with insurance, but I don't like that I'm not able to receive new membranes or tubing. I don't expect to get them as often as my bags but I think we should at least get two sets. I also don't like that I have to resubmit my prescription everytime I reorder my bags. It's annoying because it's the same as the last time and you already have it on file. I also don't like that there aren't many options on the bags. Again, I believe this is an insurance issue but surely they can offer something else

My only issue was that when they were experiencing a supply issue with the Kiinde bags I was not notified that my order was going to be short, my insurance was still billed for 90 even though I only received 80 for months, and when they rebuilt their supply they did not send me all of the ones I was missing even though they were paid for them. Other than this they have been good, they ship fast.

I have not yet received my order yet. It was shipped last week and still hasn’t arrived. It was easy filling out to get pump but should go through a different delivery carrier.

I appreciate the quick and friendly replies via email when I had questions. I’d like to see the option to select AP for the state for the military overseas location on the online order form. Right now I have to type my address again in the notes section. Also, my pump took over 2 months to arrive while I’m told from other military moms here they ordered with other providers and received theirs within 2 weeks, so I do not hear other military moms recommend BabyPavilion simply because the ship time is longer. I do like having the option to receive kiinde bags since that is the bottle I will use for my baby when I return to work. Thank you!

The process of ordering a breast pump was so direct and fast. My first order of storage bags was efficient as well. Unfortunately, it's 7 days having my 30th day being12/8, and I'm yet to receive the storage bags..Somebody must be dragging your process.

It would be nice to get a little information on what each pump would come with. I.e(bottles, different size flanges, storage bags, etc)

Still waiting and the link for tracking doesn't function. Completely disappointing. I tried to order more storage bags once needed after birth and was told I'd have to wait until 30 days after his due date. He's 6 weeks old this week and I still don't have my storage bags... as an exclusive breast pumping mom. Worthless.

Great customer service and super fast shipping however the bags I received 80 instead of 90 without any solutions to receive the rest. Also I noticed some people posted that they receive the kiinde starter pack at no additional cost however I didn’t get that option. Other than that the process to get your breast pump is super easy.

I’m very disappointed that you guys didn’t send me an email to restock on storage bags. I had to put in a request for them last minute and now til this day my storage have not been here smh it was supposed to be here on Memorial Day or the day after and now it’s already June 8

I love the customer service and how quickly the order gets packed.. but I don’t like how slow the shipment takes to get to my home. I reorder every 30 days and I ran out quickly. Shipments used to take 3-5 days but now I don’t receive my bags until 10 days after it’s been shipped. I have to purchase bags from the local store to get by until my next shipment arrives.. the purpose of going through insurance is to not pay out of pocket for refills

Order has not arrived yet. It was estimated to arrive ion Tuesday, now changed to Friday. I received this rating message review prior to getting my order.
