I think maybe things have changed with insurance, but I don't like that I'm not able to receive new membranes or tubing. I don't expect to get them as often as my bags but I think we should at least get two sets. I also don't like that I have to resubmit my prescription everytime I reorder my bags. It's annoying because it's the same as the last time and you already have it on file. I also don't like that there aren't many options on the bags. Again, I believe this is an insurance issue but surely they can offer something else
