Recommended by someone on base! Decided to go with it after not having a good experience with Aeroflow. Customer service was decent! Rep reached out quickly but it became my job to bug her every couple days when nothing was happening! Claimed fax number didn’t work but got prescription through the fax number I gave them. Frustrated that I had to continually write customer service to see if anything changed! To be fair it was my obs office too so blame isn’t entirely on baby pavilion. However, prescription went through finally. They shipped products pretty quickly with tracking number. However I’ve gotten no updates on tracking number since Tuesday and it was supposed to be delivered today. Just checked again and it says no delivery date anticipated. Hopefully it gets here before baby does. Not really good to send email asking for review when I have nothing yet.
