I like how Baby Pavillion send email reminders to place an order for monthly breastmilk storage bags and replacement parts. However, they knowingly sell pumps that are initially covered by insurance but the replacement parts are not. If I would have known that the replacement parts weren't covered then I wouldn't have gotten that particular breast pump. I found out through Baby Pavillion customer service so I know they were aware at the time of my initial order. I recommend that Baby Pavillion makes customers aware of what's covered and what isn't before they place their initially order.
