“Incredibly friendly, amazingly fast shipping. I was expecting delays in processing and shipping because that always seems to take a few weeks with insurance and I had my brand new breast pump in 2 days. I’m incredibly excited about the monthly refill on bags as well. The ability to text with Baby Pavilion is an added bonus because I can’t always answer a phone call!”

“The entire process was very easy. I accidentally clicked the spectra S2 instead of the spectra S1 so I filled out the form again and called the next day to verify which one I wanted and they had already gotten rid of my original order because of the note I left saying I wanted the S1. They also had to contact my OB for a new prescription because that one I had was dated to before the needed gestation weeks. Overall my spectra came within 5 days (I placed order on the weekend). I am super excited! 10/10 experience”

“Great experience with Baby Pavilion! The process was easy and communication was great. I submitted my order early (before 27 weeks), received an email right away that they will submit my order after that (my insurance requires this). Right after 27 weeks I received an email that my order has shipped. I will continue to use them for all my needs moving forward. Thank you so much!”

“Baby Pavilion made getting my free breast pump so easy! All I had to do was provide my information, and they took care of everything else, including contacting my doctor to get the prescription. They also included free milk storage bags, which was a great bonus. My order shipped incredibly fast, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. “I dealt with multiple members of the BP team -- each representative was very communicative and clear on next steps and what was needed.
