Would not recommend to a friend. I have been using Baby Pavilion for about 8 months. I like that there is free home delivery. However my deliveries are through Fedex and are always a week + from my order. Orders have to be made every month through the website. There is no option to create a profile so the same mundane information is put in each time. And there is no auto renew for any duration of time. As a new mother, a feature to simply log in and quick order my bags would be great. Also, there is no reminder system, so you have to create your own reminder to order bags. Additionally, there isnt a confirmation notice of any type after putting in your order (like email or text) so i have to go out of my way to ensure my order got placed. Ive emailed without response. I had to use facebook messenger. I use the kiinde system and for 4 ish months my orders were short due to packaging problem. After being shorted for so long, i had to ask to be given more after a few shorted shipments. Wasn't offered. Or just compt due to the shortage. Ive had to out of pocket buy bags on several occasions due to late deliveries and shortages.

Website is misleading. If you got a breast pump elsewhere not having known about this provider, don't attempt to get Kiinde breast milk storage bags covered. They will not do it. They only offer monthly coverage of Kiinde bags to mothers who ordered pump through them. Bright side, owner is nice and offered to alter wording on website.

While the company is quick to communicate back, it seems like every month is a new struggle and they are solely reactive, not proactive. They originally wouldn't work with me because I just needed bags and not a pump and that wasn't profitable for them. Then I got a pump through them - the Elvie which is terrible and not worth the money but not Baby Pavilions fault - and each month I've had to reach out to find out about getting more bags. It just is a struggle and if I wasn't on top of this, it would get lost in the wind. This isn't something a new mom wants to have to worry about. Honestly, I wish I would have used a different company but my doc had already filled out the forms and I had high hopes based on other reviews.

My delivery was rescheduled 4+ times and then the pump doesn’t even work! Highly disappointed.

Baby Pavilion is usually pretty good but customer service has declined quite a bit since I have started using them. We are only allowed to order on a specific date or after (not a big deal) well my order never showed up and instead of replacing the product they told me just to ask my provider for a bigger prescription so that I can have extra. I was already charged for the items and they won’t replace them because of “delays”. I get that there are delays but after a month of waiting on my items the company should do the right thing and just send a replacement out

After first sending my pump with no issues 6 months ago, I go to order more bags and was informed that suddenly they no longer ship to my location. This information was extremely frustrating and sudden.

The initial shipment of the breast pump was fast but after that the breastmilk bags never arrived at a timely manner. The company ships with FedEx which is the worst shipping company ever! Never deliver packages on time. More than once I have to wait for almost a week for the supplies. This company doesn't do auto shipment and they dont offer freebies like other companies. Also if you "eligible date" falls on the weekend, your "eligibility date" will be pushed back for the upcoming months and thus further delaying your supplies. Unfortunately I am stuck here to reorder my supplies. If I can redo, I would never have chosen this company. On the positive side, the customer service is good so I added 1 star.

i’m a little disappointed, i ordered my breast pump and received a package very shortly after my order was placed but with no breast pump... i gave birth a few days after and now i feel as if i failed on planning because i still don’t have a breast pump. Customer service said they would send me it but have yet to receive it.

I was corresponding with one of Baby Pavilions employees via email, and stop receiving responses with no warning. They made the process to get my equipment very confusing and were not willing to answer my questions when I reached out. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because their shipping was very quick. I will be switching to another provider.

If you are FPO/APO DO NOT order qith baby Pavillion. I originally went through baby Pavillion because I wanted to receive Kiinde bags and the kit. My pump is still not here when shipped out exactly at the time I was authorized to use the prescription. I am now 34 weeks pregnant with signs of baby coming early. I will most likely have to buy one out of pocket when baby is born because mine still has not arrived. I am worried this will also affect my monthly supplies which will also result in me paying out of pocket. When contacting customer service I was just told sorry thats how it is. Really wishing I could switch companies right now, but since my order has already been placed with my prescription I cannot :( I gave 2 stars because its a great company to use stateside but I wanted to warn others not to use overseas!

I like that getting monthly supplies is easy. I did not have a good experience when I first made my order for my spectra S1 through tricare and accidentally ordered the one without the pump bag. When I asked if I could return it to her the bag one (which again is covered by my insurance) they refused and said I would have to pay $50. Again I don’t understand because it originally would have been covered. This was the option I meant to pick especially being a military family constantly moving for a mom that exclusively pumps. The customer service for that was not helpful. They didn’t even return my call and opted to just text me to tell me if I wanted it, I’d have to pu out of pocket.

Took forever to receive a response back from a representative once I emailed my prescription.

Well so far I have still not received my pump and bags, communication has not been the best as it takes a few days in between my responses for them to respond. I am hoping to get things sorted out since I’m due in about a month and I’d really like to have my pump before I have the baby.

Pretty disappointed receiving a broken back flow protector. I ordered the Spectra S1 Breast pump back in March but heard such amazing things from friends who have ordered so I trusted baby pavilion to provide good service to me... I’m pretty bummed since my daughters due any day now. I’ll have to go out & spend money on replacement.... This sucks.

Yall should not have changed the products. The medela products that connected directly to my pump saved me a awful lot of time. i don't care for the mother bags or the kinde product bags. they are inconvientent.
