“I love the email reminders each month, quick processing and delivery. I do wish they would save my insurance info so I didn't have to enter that each and every time like other companies do.”

“I love ordering from baby pavilion. Everything comes so quick. The only downside is that with supply shortages now we get less kiinde bags. I'm pretty sure this is outside of their control.”

“Overall a good experience between two babies with ordering accessories and a pump through Baby Pavillion. They even occasionally send me a reminder to order if I am still lactating. The customer service is responsive. However, they often send me multiple emails to review them every month. I already gave them a good review. Also, my insurance covers 90 Kiinde bags a month, but they usually send just 80. Recently they claimed it was due to supply chain problems, but most of my deliveries have been multiples of 20 to total 80.”

“Ordering was a breeze and shipping was fast. The only thing that could be better is having the option to select your flange size without having to contact customer service.”

“Baby pavilion has been super easy to contact when there was an issue with my order and sent everything out right away. Love that they have the kiinde twist pouches. Only thing that I don’t like is they now only send 80 instead of 90”

“Representative was not as knowledgable about compression garments as I would hoped, but was able to get me a free upgrade for my pump and it was shipped on the same day I ordered and arrived the next business day!”

“Fast, easy sign up and fast shipping. But lack of milk storage bag options is disappointing. I got 90 Kiinde bags and a starter kit but I use a different kind because these are awful. So more choices would be nice.”

“Easy to work with, especially processing insurance prescriptions. I enjoy the follow up email to order more supplies-it is a nice reminder and I don’t have to filter through my email to find an old message from Baby Pavilion.”

“I put a note with my order that I wasn't sure which storage bag to get (Kiinde vs Medela) hoping that I could get some feedback, but the order just arrived and I am now sort of stuck with the Kiinde bags. I didn't see an option otherwise but would have liked to understand the difference or pros/cons before the order.”
