“So impressed with the turn around and awesome customer service... ot was so easy ordering my pump with my tricare prescription. My ONLY concern is the bag that came with my spectra s1 pump is more narrow than the pump and its cooler bag.”

“I personally love ordering from them. Very fast on getting stuff. Thr only thing I wish is that they would send breast milk bags sooner than the day your child was born. Other than that, I have no problem with them!”

“Great service. The lady that told me I needed to order refills online didn’t have all too great of customer service. But the website was super easy and I received my product fast. Also my birthdate was included in the confirmation email which is a bit concerning. It shouldn’t be in there.”

“I will note that I have not yet used the product, but am very pleased w h how user friendly the prescription and ordering processing was and the responsiveness via the phone. No phone tree, just direct to a person is a real treat.”

“Getting breastfeeding supplies from baby pavilion was smooth and easy. Customer service rep I spoke with was nice and professional. My only qualm is your emails always address me as “mama”. I know it’s common, but it rubs me the wrong way as this language is not inclusive of all people who breast/chest feed. I’m not just a “mama”, and only my child should be calling me that anyway.”

“The website was very easy and quick to use. When there was an issue with my address the help line was very nice and helpful, they picked up right away and did what they could do to get my address changed before my packaged shipped. When my packaged shipped with the wrong address someone contacted me via email and stayed in contact until my package arrived doing every thing they could to make sure it was delivered to the correct address. Very Very pleased. and boxed was delivered within less than a week of ordering.”

“I ordered my pump from them before, I also just recently ordered smaller flanges from them. So glad they had everything I was looking for. The only thing is the shipping. It takes a little longer then I would have liked but I still got my stuff!!”

“I am very pleased with my order of the Spectra s1 pump. Baby Pavilion made submitting the prescription through Tricare extremely simple and easy to understand. The only thing is I wish the shipping through Fedex was a little faster since I ordered the pump on 9/4 but didn't receive until 9/14. But other than that I am very happy with Baby Pavilion.”
