“I am very pleased with my order of the Spectra s1 pump. Baby Pavilion made submitting the prescription through Tricare extremely simple and easy to understand. The only thing is I wish the shipping through Fedex was a little faster since I ordered the pump on 9/4 but didn't receive until 9/14. But other than that I am very happy with Baby Pavilion.”

“Excellent customer service. Wish shipping were quicker tho. I ordered my replacement bags when I still had 80 bags as a buffer and im still waiting on my bags over a week later. But overall baby pavilion has been great !”

“Ordering online is quick and easy! I get reminders that it is time to order and always get confirmation of my order. They Also send out a message when the order is on the way and the day it should be here. Then again when it has been delivered. This is so convenient because I don’t have to call in.”

“Baby pavilion is great. They process and ship orders quickly and easily. I love the reminders to order each month. The only thing I wish they would do is create a log in and save our information So that we don’t have to re-enter it each month.”

“I've had a pretty good overall experience with Baby Pavillion. My onlybreasonnfor not giving 5 stars is that I had some difficulties printing out the prescription order form to give to my OB initially. But since then, things have been really smooth sailing. I like that they give reminders for reordering milk bags so that I dont run out. And they have a large variety of products available, which is especially nice. And I'm glad that they work so well with tricare insurance! Overall I would definitely recommend”

“Got my pump and accessories faster than I thought! Also I paid $35 for the cooler and bag, which on other sites was $90+ so that was definitely a huge plus! I just wish they would set it up so people can have accounts to make finding/ re ordering things easier..”
