“Ordering process was easy. A little disappointed that it doesn’t come with the tote. If you do want the tote, you have to put in a separate request, not available, and pay. Where other stores include the tote as part of the rx. After ordering, my pump arrived a few days after. Customer service was prompt.”

“Very easy and convenient! I received my pump within a few days of submitting my information. Just in time to be able to take my pump to the hospital with me in order to take advantage of meeting with the lactation consultant. There was also a ton of FREE ways to get more information about your pump with the Pavilion consultants, as well as a ton of YouTube videos online. Although I have no used my pump (other than testing it on my hand haha) I was very pleased with my experience and am happy to recommend to any of my expecting friends!”

“I got my breast pump pretty quickly. I was excited because I thought I wouldn't get it in time. Only negative is that I wish I had the option of choosing the size of the best shield. The one I received was small.”

“The process was super easy. I received my items within about 1 week. I can't speak to how the device works just yet since my baby isn't due for a month. The process to obtain everything was great and I appreciated the breast milk storage supplies. It looks like there is an item missing from my started kit. The box has a picture of a storage container. I only received the pouches.”

“I’d give it all 5’s but I only received my milk bags and not my valves and membranes that id ordered when I spoke to the gentleman taking my order. Not sure how that was missed or why but I wasn’t However I will say the customer service is great...very knowledgeable staff”

“I was very happy with how fast i received my pump. however I selected to get the kiinde breastmilk storage bags, there was an offer for 50% off more bags with kiinde. the coupon in there was expired because it was from LAST year. Please fix that when you send out more of those so nobody else has an expired coupon and need more”

“Loved how easy it was to order my pump through baby pavilion! I sent in my prescription and got my pump within a week! Definitely would recommend. I love how convenient it was to be able to order the kiinde twist pouches as well! Super easy and efficient.”

“Bags arrived promptly. Shipping company left them on the porch in the rain so outside box was damage but luckily it was only bags so no damage to actual product”

“I just received my breast pump the only downside to my review is I put in my new address but they sent my order to my old house so I had to drive far to go pick it up. On the other hand the process was very easy I just sent a picture of my prescription via text message and within minutes the company did a follow up by emailing me and calling me. Everything came packaged nice and tight brand new can’t wait to use it ☺️”

“I only did a 4 star because one of the representatives misinformed me on the kind of bags I would be receiving....she said the Mother K bags hook to the pump and they did not. Otherwise I absolutely love baby pavilion! They are quick to answer and shipping is fast as ever! Really wanted to give then 5 stars!”

“A part of my order was BO and they contacted me the very next day to make arrangements. Got my order very quickly. It is sad that they don't offer the freemie cups though.”
