The process was super easy. I received my items within about 1 week. I can't speak to how the device works just yet since my baby isn't due for a month. The process to obtain everything was great and I appreciated the breast milk storage supplies. It looks like there is an item missing from my started kit. The box has a picture of a storage container. I only received the pouches.
