Very easy and convenient! I received my pump within a few days of submitting my information. Just in time to be able to take my pump to the hospital with me in order to take advantage of meeting with the lactation consultant. There was also a ton of FREE ways to get more information about your pump with the Pavilion consultants, as well as a ton of YouTube videos online. Although I have no used my pump (other than testing it on my hand haha) I was very pleased with my experience and am happy to recommend to any of my expecting friends!
