“They have been great to work with. My Dr didn’t have a prescription pad to send in and they were quick to fax them one. I got constant updates throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them”

“This company has been great so far! Though their shipments take a long time to get here (living at a FPO address), their product is always great and never missing anything. The reminders for replacement parts are also super helpful since I’m now a extremely forgetful new mom.”

“Super fast shipping, and really easy ordering, but I wish they had more options for replacement parts. I have a medela freestyle and a Luna Motif (in addition to my spectra). One for work, one for travel and one for home. Excessive, I know hahaha but I can only order parts for my spectra.”

“The delivery of my breast pump was very fast! In my package I was supplied with many breast milk storage containers. I have not used the pump yet since I still have two months until my baby is born. I am happy with the package delivery.”

“Every month I am sent a reminder to fill out my request of pump parts and very promptly upon completion am shipped the parts. These include the 2 flanges and 80-100 bags depending on the brand I select which is nice to have that option. It has been a wonderful experience with Baby pavilion!”

“They made it super easy to order and work with my insurance and had quick shipping and customer service when i wasnt sure of something. My only complaint is that the milk storage bags suck, they are great for saving space but inconvenient to open despite the supposed tear open tabs, not double zip, measurements on bag inaccurate, and easily spills milk when pouring out and sucks at resealing shut..”

“Ordering my breast pump from Baby Pavilion was easy and super fast. I received the supplies along with my pump in about 5 business days. The only "complaint" I have is that the coupon that came in the Kindee starter kit was already expired. I would have loved to use it, but it expired at the end of last year.”

“I am a first time mom! So I had no clue about how to go about getting a pump through my insurance and the website was so helpful and so easy! I haven’t tried the product yet is the only reason why I’m giving them a 4 but I’ve heard many great things about it! 35 weeks and counting!”
