“Ordering was easy and straight forward, quick shipping and responses. The website wasn't super useful in the fact of showing all details on pump, cost of upgrades and what came with upgrades. I was disappointed to find out that the pumps don't all come with a selection of flange sizes or some sort of case. Otherwise, very easy and pleased.”

“Baby Pavilion was very understanding when I ordered a pump on accident. They looked at the order and were able to cancel it before it got shipped. The website is a little confusing, hens why I ordered a pump on accident. They also have extra goodies if you qualify through insurance.”

“Once I put in for my pump, every the ing went as smooth as possible. I had a small inconvenience but once it was taken care of, everything went smooth! I received the pump that I wanted (momcozy) in just a few days after delivery. I am pleased with the process & the fact that you have a few options to choose from for pumping!”

“Overall pretty satisfied with the service. There was some back and forth as they didn’t recognize the rx from my obstetrician with an e signature so have to physically go to office to get rx refilled out by them but Brendy kept me in the loop and shipping was quick once they got the new form.”

“I wish I knew what “free upgrade” meant for certain pumps? Not sure if it just means the pump is free with your insurance? I also wish they stocked more than two brands of milk storage bags. But! Otherwise they were great. Easy to navigate website, order was shipped fairly quickly after placing, and arrived within a few days (even during the crazy Christmas season!).”

“I got my pump very quickly! Unfortunately my pump malfunctioned a few days after I received it. I called customer service and they were able to provide me with proof of purchase, and I was able to get a replacement through the manufacturer! Thank you baby pavilion!”

“Baby pavilion is very convenient especially using Tricare. It was easy to order and get it shipped. It took less than 3 days for them to read the prescription and get it shipped out. FedEx was the only downside with the shipping, kept giving different dates to be delivered.”

“Used baby pavilion as a first time mom, ordering my pump was pretty seamless, I had some issues uploading my rx but customer service helped a good bit. It was a pretty long wait for it to arrive though, so I’d suggest to order early- if possible. I appreciate the monthly reminder email to reorder bags- I usually run out quickly as a mostly pumping mom. Would recommend though.”

“I got my breast pump so fast! I wish I knew about this with my first child. It’s so convenient & easy. The only issue is I wish you could select what size flange you get. I know they are standard but not everyone has the same size. Other than that great!”
