Super convenient and fast. Used our tricare insurance and paid $65 for upgrade to the WillowGo. Definitely worth it to be handfree and build a large supply.

Baby pavilion is an awesome resource for Tricare beneficiaries. I liked how easy it was to get a breast pump and pick the one I wanted. I really appreciated the automated reminder notifying me that insurance will cover bags and new pump parts. I do however wish we could pick the bags we get. insurance is willing to spend $X on bags it would be cool if we could pick whatever bag for a set amount.

Normally I would give 5/5 stars however I'm a little disappointed by my last order. I order breast milk storage bags every months because I exclusively pump and use all 90 each month. This past order (for February) I had to change the delivery address because my husband and I are currently pcs-ing across the country. We don't have our address yet so I decided to use my mother address for the bags to be sent to. Normally once I place an order it gets approved and shipped within a couple days. This last order I placed it and almost a week later it hadn't been approved or shipped. I emailed to ask when and let baby pavilion know that I had to change my address, the rep was GREAT. However now I have left my mother's (we visited her on the way) and the bag still hadn't delivered. So now my mom will have to shipp them to me when they arrive tomher house. For reference I placed the order January 23rd, emailed bp about when my order will ship on February 5th. It's currently February 13th and FedEx has a pending statues.. originally said they'd be delivered Feb 9th then the 11th. I definitely realize the shipping/FedEx isn't bp fault, I just with bp would have approved my order before I emailed about it almost two weeks later.

They were fast and efficient and the customer service is excellent! They are on top of timing and I get reminder emails to order things I’m supposed to get monthly. Fantastic folks! Wish they shipped to Alaska

The customer service representative helping me order my breast pump through insurance was very helpful and quick to respond. the only issue I had is they sent me the Kiinde breastmilk bags rather than the Zomee ones that I ordered per my receipt.

The whole process was very fast, I communicated with them via Messenger and the communication was immediate. They resolved my doubts and helped me to get my breast pump easily and quickly.

So easy to work with. Fast shipping and great customer service. The only thing I dislike is they offer no replacement valves/diaphragms for the Elvie Stride. The stride was a free pump covered by my insurance, you’d like replacement parts would be covered like the other pumps.

Once I order I get my pumping bags super quick. I was disappointed recently when I ordered Kiinde bags and they never shipped due to a supply issue. An email should have been sent to me that my order couldn’t be filled asking if I would like the other bags. All that being said I still really love working with Baby Pavilion!

Order came in quickly with almost everything in it. I was supposed to get 90 kiinde bags but only received 80. I was so supposed to get 5 packs of duck valves but only got 5… other than that everything else was there and came at a reasonable time.

10/5 stars for initial ordering of the pump and other needs, I've already recommended to several service members and will continue to do so....that said... 2.5/5 on the follow-up of storage bags every 30 days. I understand we have to put in a new order ourselves every 30 days and it's not automatic...lame...but I get it because its not Baby Pavillion's fault (pretty sure). HOWEVER, I put in my order on day 30, it took 7 days to process, and now its been over a week from then (2 weeks from 30 days) and they still haven't arrived. I ran out of bags 9 days ago now and had to buy some on Amazon. If ordering before day 30 isn't possible, investing in quick turnarounds for (processing and shipping) is necessary. Especially for those using the Kiinde system.

I love to have the supplies shipped to the house. This most recent time, my order arrived on the date it is supposed to. Sometimes shipping is a hit or a miss. Plan 10-12 full days to receive your supplies. Otherwise, convenient!

Baby pavilion always sends out their orders ASAP. I appreciate that, I was a little confused because I thought I was going to revive pump accessories as well but there wasn’t an option to select them. Other than that the customer service is amazing.
