Ordering was easy enough. Delivery took longer than expected though and my neighbor ordered hers after me but received it before I did. When I reached out to customer service, the response was that they weren’t in control of fedex and that it was on its way. I also received two requests for a review 45 minutes apart and before I even received my pump.
