I recently went through my insurance and Baby Pavilion for a breast pump. I was very impressed at the communication of the process and the ease of submitting the initial order. However, I was frustrated at times with the process as there were repeated miscommunications from my doctors office and baby pavilion, this resulted in multiple phone calls and a full month between when I placed the order and when it arrived at my door. I also was slightly disappointed that they did not have the pump that I wanted, so hopefully baby pavilion increases their selection at some point. Overall it has been an okay experience, I will update this after I try and reorder bags and valves as that will be a true glimpse as to the whole experience.
