“Zomee bags - They get the job done as far as bags go. 8oz capacity - but as someone who breastfed 5 kids, it's NOT my favorite. They all have been hard to open, and I can tell, they'll be hard to pour when it's time to defrost. Capa Compression socks - Im 5'10, 220lbs and i thought a large would fit... WRONG. Problem was, There wasn't a size chart and I couldn't exchange it, so I'll use them in my post partum days, ig. #ZomeeFitPump again, It works... but I've had better. They hold about 6oz each but definitely NOT quick, easy, or practical pumping due to the fact that you essentially have to take the WHOLE pump apart to get to the milk compartment,... and then the canister has a lip, that makes it hard to get every drop of milk out.”
