“My pump came very fast just in time for my baby’s arrival, thank you tricare”

“Very easy ordering process and fast shipping. I liked that Baby Pavilion was able to reach out to my doctor to get the breast pump prescription. There were a lot of breast pump options and it was easy to compare them on the website. I do wish that the cost of the upgrades were available before making a decision on a pump. I was kind of shocked when I got an email saying the pump I chose was going to be $200 out of pocket after insurance. I probably would have chosen a different pump if I knew the extra cost upfront.”

“I ordered the Spectra s1 with tote. It was shipped and delivered VERY quickly and the order itself was very easy to place. I would recommend this over any alternative sites for ordering. My order came with the pump, all accessories, extra bottles, a cooler and ice pack, a tote, and 100 breast milk storage bags. While I’m quite sure I’ll find it impossible to fill 100 bags, they have been extremely useful for what little extra milk I do have. I also love that each order donates to USO. My insurance covered the pump and on top of that this site gives back.”

“I’ve used Baby Pavilion for my last two pregnancies to obtain my tricare prescribed breast pump. Both times have been incredibly stress free and easy! It took less than 10 minutes to fill out the order form, and my pump arrived in less than a week both times. I’m incredibly appreciative of their website and services. I tell all my military mom friends to use Baby Pavilion!”

“If you put in an order with baby pavilion absolutely stay on top of it, even if there’s delay due to prescription issues. The rather odd automated text messages are real and you should reply to them even if there are odd typos. Reaching out to customer service is quick turn around for phone call and email. I did not have a great experience with baby pavilion due to customer service issues and communication issues. They were able to cancel my order due to me having a baby a lot earlier than expected and having to secure a pump quicker than anticipated. Regardless, I see how this company can really benefit members and dependents and I applaud them for their efforts.”
