“I love that Baby Pavilion was quick to answer and quickly then expected to receive it at my home, I love that! I got the two pumps the wireless and the regular pump. My only issue is with the wireless, I just have 2 weeks after giving birth, and I have using the wireless and one pump has issues to work, stops in the middle of pumping and it takes me multiple times to make it work again. ( I make sure all the pieces are dry and connected right, but still just one pump having issues) the other set works Amazing, not issues at all so far. I love that both sets have the instructions and the different sizes, that’s awesome! Amazing customer service they are very respectful and nice people!”

“Baby Pavilion was extremely helpful. I submitted exactly what I wanted and that’s what I got. It took just 3 days for the breast pump to be delivered. They were also very quick to respond and always helped with any questions I had. Definitely recommend them to anyone!! 10/10”

“We were lost trying to figure out when and how to get our pump and all the materials we were supposed to get. As a Veteran we are blessed to have a great healthcare system but still had issues with navigating how and who to talk to. Our doctors told us one thing, the insurance told us something else. We needed to get prescriptions and overall we were overwhelmed. But with Baby Pavilion we got squared away quickly. They called our doctors and got the prescription filled, ordered the pump we wanted, and got us all the extras we wanted. It got send to our fast and reliable and when we were authorized further materials they got it done for us through an easy follow up form.”

“Delivery was quick and the communication is phenomenal as they reached out to me when they had issues getting ahold of my doctors. Once that was resolved; I got my pump within a few days. Which was awesome because I had my baby soon after the pump was delivered. 🩵”
