“Process was super quick! I got a message saying they were having troubles reaching my provider but the following day received an update that my breast pump was on the way. They go above and beyond to be sure you’re all set. Not only did I receive two breast pumps but they also gave me compression socks and milk storage bags. Highly recommend!!”

“I was really skeptical at first but I just trusted the process. Everything was really easy to fill out, my insurance covered everything and I got my pump really fast. I thought it was taking a bit longer and reached out to customer service through email and they were extremely quick to respond! I had forgotten it was a holiday weekend and they reassured me everything was okay and I received my pump the next day. So that was a whoopsie on my part! I'm confident now that should there be any future "problems" they will be solved ASAP. I got the new Zomee H1 btw”

“I accidentally ordered the wrong breast pump and wasn’t able to return it because I opened it but didn’t use it so it’s really disappointing to not be able to exchange. I didn’t notice because I was excited to get a new breast pump. I got the zomee H1 when I thought I ordered the W1 which is more convenient for me as a working/ traveling mom.”

“They were super easy to navigate. They kept in contact with you, I didn’t have to fight to have questions answered. They always reached out to me!! I would 1000% recommend them! Breast pump came very fast, they shipped it the same day I submitted my prescription and it came 4 days later!”
