“I had a wonderful experience ordering my breast pump through Baby Pavilion. Their team was very helpful throughout the process. They emailed me to request a signed prescription, and once I provided the necessary documents, my breast pump was shipped right away. I also appreciated receiving both a text message and an email with the tracking number and shipping updates. The process was smooth, quick, and well organized. I highly recommend Baby Pavilion for their excellent customer service!”

“The process of requesting pregnancy items through Baby Pavillon was SO much easier than going through my insurance! One simple form, less than 10 questions, and they took care of everything for me. Once I hit the deadline for processing, my order was completed and shipped in a timely manner, arriving straight to my door intact. This alleviated such a massive amount of stress for me, while I worry about all the other items needed before our beautiful girl comes”

“Baby Pavilion did a great job reaching out to my Dr for a prescription for me and made the process easy and as painless as possible. They were communicative and the whole process was swift. As a first time mom with a ton on her plate, it was such a relief having Baby Pavilion relieve the stress of having to get a pump. Would highly recommend!”

“I never could have imaged I’d actually get a free breast pump from Baby Pavillion. Nothing is FREE in life these days. Even with insurance I figured there would be a catch. But I just received the exact breast pump I picked out and I’m ecstatic. Thank you so much Baby Pavillion for making this pregnancy load a little lighter!”

“I was originally paired with a rep, Jahnica F., and asked to resubmit my prescription despite the one I had being completely valid and issued via my hospital. She spent 2 weeks going back and forth with me even ignoring simple instructions my doctor’s office asked me to pass Baby Pavilion to correct the “issue”. Finally, after I requested my doctor’s office contact Baby Pavilion directly, I was paired with another rep who processed my request within 24 hours and it was delivered quickly. It wasn’t fun to have to go back and forth with the first rep nor worry my pump may not get here in time because she refused to listen to simple instructions. The second rep was great though!”

“I appreciate how easy the process was to get my breast pump. When my doctor didn’t respond to Baby Pavilions fax requesting the prescription, baby pavilion reached out to me to let me know they had tried twice and asked me to follow up. Once I got onto the doctors about responding to the fax, baby pavilion shipped out my pump the same day.”

“I had a great experience with Baby Pavilion! I have TRICARE and was able to get the Spectra S1 fully covered with no extra fee, whereas other companies were going to charge me an upgrade fee. The process was quick and easy, and my pump arrived sooner than expected. Highly recommend Baby Pavilion, especially for TRICARE families!”

“I loved that they had the pump I wanted in stock! Also that they contacted my OB for me for my prescription. Mine did take a week only because my OB office is so busy but I didn’t mind at all, Baby Pavilion stayed in contact with me the whole time. If I have another baby I will be going through Baby Pavilion again for my next pump!”
