I had some issues when I first summited my order and for some reason it didn’t go through. Customer service was not the best at helping me figure out why, they claimed it was my insurance. So I re-summited my order a second time and everything was fine. So I am not sure what happened! Then I had to reach back out to customer service a second time due to my order not showing up, the woman who I spoke to then was great! I received my order today and I got a bunch of extra goodies that I didn’t even know I was receiving. Other than the mix up in the beginning, I would highly recommend Baby Pavilion!
