My pump shipped a week ago via FedEx and is lost in transit. It went from guaranteed delivery of 5/23/21 to sitting in Indianapolis for several days with no delivery date in sight - and despite multiple emails to Stacy in customer service I cannot get another one shipped. Since this was covered by my insurance, I am now going to have to deal with them which is another headache to cover a hospital rental until Baby Pavilion sees fit to send a replacement.
