I had such a bad experience with Baby Pavilion. I was hooked on going with you guys to get my pump because you offer the elvie. When I placed my order and made the payment I was told that I would receive my pump at the beginning of June. I placed my order mid-May. The person I've been in contact (through email) Stacy, was very nice till I made the payment after that every time I asked for un update on my order she will ignore me or sent me a yes/no answer to the emails I sent. I gave birth June 19th and still did not have my pump. I emailed her telling her I wanted to order the pump through a different provider because I needed to start pumping and wanted to cancel my order and a refund that's when finally she was able to confirm my pump was gonna ship. I got my pump July 3rd. I understand maybe it was out of her hands but there was no empathy, no apology, no acknowledgement of how this was affecting me and my baby. The only thing she care about was the sale. I even asked about the kiinde pack because I wanted to hand express and freeze it but she said that everything had to be shipped at the same time The amount of colostrum I had to hand express and dump is ridiculous and not worth waiting for this company to get me the luxury pump, I wished I would have gone with a regular pump just so that I could have that colostrum to give my baby.
