Overall a good experience between two babies with ordering accessories and a pump through Baby Pavillion. They even occasionally send me a reminder to order if I am still lactating. The customer service is responsive. However, they often send me multiple emails to review them every month. I already gave them a good review. Also, my insurance covers 90 Kiinde bags a month, but they usually send just 80. Recently they claimed it was due to supply chain problems, but most of my deliveries have been multiples of 20 to total 80.
