Although the customer service is great and it is nice to not have to deal directly with Tricare, it takes way to long for the bags to get to my house after reordering them. I have often times had to order them from Amazon so I don't run out. I am surprised how long it takes to get the bags since the pump arrived to my house within 2 days.
