Firstly, the customer service is exceptional. I sent an email with my prescription from insurance and was emailed back the next business day (Monday) early in the morning and I was in contact with that rep back to back until I was satisfied and my order was complete. By noon that same day, my order was shipped out and I received it that Thursday. Usually contact through email takes forever but it was so fast and constant it seemed like we were texting. Also, the rep was very helpful/patient in making sure I knew my options and was definite on my decision. I appreciate that because I am indecisive. Thank you.
