I am due in March and ordered my Spectra Gold pump a little over a week or so ago. Even with the small upgrade fee, it was a quick and easy service! From the time I found the website and was using the chat feature to receiving my pump and accessories! My baby isn't here yet so I cannot speak to how the pump has worked out so far, but I would definitely recommend Baby Pavilion for anyone looking for breastfeeding supplies.
