Just asked my OB nurse for a prescription, took a picture to make it a PDF, uploaded to their site, chose my desired pump and it showed up on my doorstep a few days later! Baby Pavilion took care of all the insurance and payment behind the scenes, so we didn't have to pay anything out of pocket (for our chosen pump.
