The process was very simple which is great for a mom of 3. I received the "prescription" for my breast pump from my doctor, entered that along with my insurance information and once submitted the product was here within 72 hours. I recently went through them to get my refill pack which needed no further information but to verify my address, and it arrived the next day! I would highly recommend BabyPavilion to anyone needing pregnancy/birth supplies.
