I've submitted my order over 4 weeks ago. My doctor's office sent Baby Pavilion my prescription twice but my order never progressed. Once I obtained my prescription, sent it to a representative, my order was finally shipped after weeks of waiting for it to be processed. Now my package is 5 days late with no update on arrival.
Still have NOT to receive my breast pump I ordered about 5 weeks ago.
