All I had to do was fill out their form. Upload a copy of my prescription with Tricare and they sent me everything quickly. They also notify me each month when I am eligible for a refill on breast milk storage bags which is super convenient for me and takes away one less thing I have to remember to order. Super helpful and an altogether great site for all things pumping.
