Baby pavilion has been user friendly. Once I realized I needed to look out for a monthly reminder to order my supplies I have had no hitches in the road. I find a lot of Tricare sites to be tricky to use with a lot of go around. I appreciate the simple order form and have loved the kinde pouches!
