This was my second child and I used a different company with my first and planned to use them again until I found out they no longer provided Kiinde products. I had never heard of Baby Pavillion before seeing an ad, but I took a chance anyway. The whole process has been straight to the point, and they are very quick with shipping. Customer service is quick to answer questions as well. I'd definitely recommend.
