I was a little overwhelmed with all of the companies that offer breast pumps through insurance and found that many of them still charged additional fees, even when my insurance should have covered 100% of the cost. Working with Baby Pavilion was easy and they were very responsive to my order. When I received my pump, there was a damaged piece (no fault of Baby Pavilion) and they quickly gave me the info I needed to order a replacement. Highly recommend!
