Did a great job bundling my requests and sending promptly - received within one week from request. Would like the ordering system to be more intuitive and upfront about cost. I asked for a spectra with bag and it said “additional cost” and the. Clicked next and was taken to a “Done!” Screen which was jarring experience because usually you see the receipt/cost and then are done. I had to coordinate via email prior to that to figure out how much it was.
